I dislike small mindedness, ironing, being stuck in traffic, gossip, waste, cliques, clichés, landfill and offal.

I love stillness, serenity, simplicity, Fussy & Hoover, lemon tart, organic chocolate, taleggio cheese, parma ham, stone fruit, berries, Maltese bread, the miraculous, Hilliard Ensemble, salt, lemons, pomegranates, slow food, cloudberries, popping bubble wrap, Prefab Sprout, ilma zaghar, Portofino, Sorrento, Capri, The Amalfi Coast, white washed walls, Santorini, The Blue Nile, Gaudi, Barcelona, olive oil, Campari, Ramla, Mdina, St Juilians, Sicilian olives, conversation, Mother Teresa, the communion of saints, mosaics, blood oranges, Rome, St Francis, Miffy, Spanish food, Kinnie and an old villa in the Mediterranean where I can plant olive trees that will out live me.
