Gourmet Worrier - Nanette Johnson

My name is Nanette Johnson and I hold dual citizenship with Malta and Australia. Gourmet Worrier is where I write about food, family, life and travel. My training is in psychology and branding with extensive editorial, writing, and publishing experience. I've been a contributing writer for Malta Today but more recently I've began to explore yoga more deeply, consequently I commence training with Paul Grilley in 2016.

One thing you should know from the outset is that worrying is quintessentially Maltese. I would even go so far as to say that worrying could be considered to be the Maltese national pastime, and that eating and complaining come a close second and third.

Hence, expanding upon my Maltese DNA and the worrier theme is the deliberate and conscious choice to use organic, locally sourced, chemical free ingredients where possible. As a mama of two young children I am also gravely concerned as to how food is grown, harvested, sourced and produced.
