I hope you are well. There is another cooking school in Melbourne you should add to your list for a full comprehensive list. Thats Turkish Thyme cooking. Classes are hands on, exclusive with max class sizes of 2 people and specialises in Turkish food.
It would be awesome if you could add Turkish Thyme to your list of cooking schools.
